About Imagination Millwork, Finely crafted PVC architectural exterior and interior millwork

Mission Statement: At Imagination Millwork, our mission is to transform ordinary houses into extraordinary homes.

When Imagination Millwork’s founder, Theresa Rutter, was building her own home, she discovered that she was unable to purchase high-quality products that were not only striking in appearance but also required little maintenance, offered easy installation, and provided a green alternative as a socially valuable resource. As a result, she began working with a local manufacturer who specializes in PVC to create interior and exterior millwork that met her incredibly high standards. As her friends admired the customized, sophisticated millwork in her home, much of which is now offered as stock items to Imagination Millwork’s customers, they began asking where they too could purchase millwork like this. Also, many of Theresa’s friends and neighbors were renovating their homes. They needed to replace columns (Column Wraps) or wooden rails (Rail Sections) that had rotted over time. One lived in a historical district and needed brackets in keeping with the home’s period style (Brackets – Custom Brackets also). When a total stranger knocked on her door and asked her for the name of the company where she bought her exterior millwork, she knew it was time to share her secret with the world. In 2008, she opened the doors of Imagination Millwork and is proud to be fulfilling her mission of helping others transform their ordinary houses into extraordinary homes.
